Q: Does Pesto have pay after placement?

Pesto no longer supports the ISA Model (Pay after placement) 😐We’ve moved away from the ISA model for a couple of reasons.

• Learners aren’t motivated enough because of a lack of skin in the game

• Learners drop off after completing the programHence we have come up with a pay-first model

We’re always outcome-based - we’d want to communicate that pay first makes it worth the education that folks get, depending on their ability & participation - they get the output.

Pesto is still incentivized for students’ success because we charge companies a fraction on top of your salary. We win only when you do.
